Firstly, You need to understand that at what age it is good to adopt your pet that is a dog.
So, the answer is 40 days from their birth.
I have seen many people adopt their dogs at very early age of 30 days or So. Please don't do this as it will make your dog suffer only.
It may lead to poor bones health or even it can catch some deadly diseases that can occur at early age of your dog or later in their lifespan.
Now, After you have adopted your dog try to cover it from head to toe while you are taking them to your home to avoid diseases in open air.
It is highly advisable to don't take them out for walk or for pee till the last vaccination.
Yes, this is really important to note as many people don't know it and they use to go for a walk with their newly buddies and this will lead to suffer the health of your dogs or can also make them die.
For food, at the age of 40 days it is recommend to give them cerelac as their is no dog food available in India at that initial age.
